Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a unique tracking ID and a link to monitor your shipment in real-time.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Do AGARO home appliances come with a warranty?
Yes, all our electronic appliances and lifestyle products come with a standard manufacturer warranty ranging from 1 to 2 years, depending on the specific product category.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled directly through the 'My Orders' section as long as they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned per our policy.
